In order for your child to be admitted for the 2016-2017 academic year, the following documents must be submitted. On the list below you will find the items, which are required by the state of California to have in each student’s file at Holy Spirit School. Please bring the original paperwork and copies will be made at the school. Please remember that no child may enter school in August unless all of the items have been given to the school at the time of registration. TK applicants must be 4 years old by December 1. Kindergarten applicants must be five years of age by December 1. First graders must be six years of age by December 1.

  • Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Immunization Record (Yellow Card)
  • Copy of Most Recent Report Card
  • First Communion certificate (if already received)
